Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). Taxes are calculated/remitted by Paddle. Refunds/chargebacks are handled per Paddle policies.
Card statements may display Paddle or an abbreviated company name.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SweetFlow AI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Description of Service
SweetFlow AI is an AI-powered business management platform designed for small businesses. We provide tools for order management, client management, inventory tracking, expense management, and business analytics.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account and password
- Providing accurate and complete information
- All activities that occur under your account
- Using the service in compliance with applicable laws
Subscription and Billing
Our subscription service includes:
- Payment processing is handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled
- Paddle handles all tax calculations and compliance
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
Data and Privacy

Service Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy
Limitation of Liability
SweetFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
