Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). Taxes are calculated/remitted by Paddle. Refunds/chargebacks are handled per Paddle policies.

Card statements may display Paddle or an abbreviated company name.

Paddle Buyer Terms

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with SweetFlow AI within the first 14 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request the refund within 14 days of your initial subscription
  • This is your first subscription to SweetFlow AI
  • Your account has not violated our Terms of Service
  • The subscription was not obtained through fraudulent means

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at marwanh@sweetflow.ai
  • Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  • We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5-10 business days to appear

Payment Processing by Paddle

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Access will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • Cancellations do not automatically trigger refunds unless within the 14-day window
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation for reactivation purposes

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Previous chargeback disputes on the account
  • Multiple accounts created to exploit the refund policy
  • Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
